Are you looking to get quality coaching but would prefer to train with other training buddies for that added motivation?
Then Athena Group Coaching could be just your thing!
You will be coached and programmed for, added to the Athena Army WhatsApp group, and you will be kept in the loop of all the upcoming events!
Group Coaching sessions are suitable for complete beginners, up to individuals with some knowledge and experience in lifting! It will help your progress greatly to train at a gym alongside attending the group sessions. Our first goal for beginners is to get you to be comfortable training independently and following your training programme.
