Athena Online Coaching
Athena Online Coaching is a great option for any trainee who is happy to train in the gym independently. You will be supported by me with a high level of continuous coaching support. We have a set check-in day every Monday where I will evaluate your training from the previous week, send you tailored and detailed feedback and set our plan for the week ahead!
Athena Hybrid Coaching
All the benefits of my online coaching membership, with the additional of a one-on-one hourly gym session together every 4 weeks (with the option to add on sessions when availability allows). We focus on building your gym confidence, honing your lifting technique and collaborating together to build and progress your training programme. We will also work on empowering you to train independently outside of our sessions together!
I do offer in-person ‘workshop style’ coaching sessions when availability allows for which I charge an hourly rate. Contact me via the form below for more information.
Membership pricing quoted upon request, and memberships are billed every 28 days via Direct Debit. Terms and conditions apply and agreed to upon joining.
